TERMS OF SERVICE — THE TRIANGLE CLUB

OVERVIEW

Welcome to The Triangle Club (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our venue, booking system, website, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Triangle Club provides event and venue rental services and is powered by Shopify, which enables us to facilitate bookings, payments, and online interactions.

By visiting our site, making a reservation, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you confirm that you are of the legal age of majority in your province or state of residence and that you have the authority to enter into binding agreements.

When making a reservation or inquiry, you may be required to provide personal, billing, and contact information. You agree that all information supplied is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

SECTION 2 — VENUE & SERVICES

We strive to accurately represent our venue spaces, amenities, and rental offerings. However, lighting, photography, and device differences may affect how the space appears online. We cannot guarantee that the venue will appear exactly as depicted in all images.

We reserve the right to modify available amenities, pricing, rental packages, or offerings at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 — BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS

By submitting a booking request, you are making an offer to reserve the venue or service. The Triangle Club reserves the right to accept or decline any reservation at our discretion. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

If a reservation is not accepted or must be modified or cancelled on our end, we will notify you using the contact information provided during booking.

All bookings are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You agree that your reservation is for personal or authorized organizational use only and not for unlawful events or commercial subletting.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, rental rates, and fees are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of booking will apply.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, cleaning fees, security deposits, or other service charges.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing information and authorize us to process payments using your supplied payment method.

SECTION 5 — VENUE USE, ACCESS & LIABILITY

You are responsible for ensuring that all guests and vendors comply with venue rules, local laws, and safety regulations.

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors, unexpected events, or circumstances beyond our control (including power outages, weather disruptions, emergencies, or noise disturbances).

Once you or your vendors take possession of the venue for setup, you assume responsibility for all damages, losses, or incidents occurring during your rental period.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website and related digital platforms—including logos, photos, text, graphics, and branding—is owned by The Triangle Club or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide optional third-party tools or integrations. Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk. We do not monitor or control these tools and assume no liability for your use of them.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or vendors. We are not responsible for evaluating or warranting the content, accuracy, or services of those third parties.

All third-party issues, claims, or concerns should be directed to the respective provider.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

This required section remains unchanged for legal accuracy.
The Triangle Club is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you; however, all reservations and transactions are made directly with The Triangle Club.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information for booking and service operation purposes.

SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK

Any feedback, suggestions, or reviews submitted by you may be used by The Triangle Club for commercial or promotional purposes without compensation.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS OR INACCURACIES

Information on the site may occasionally contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct, update, or change information at any time and to cancel bookings arising from inaccuracies.

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the venue or Services for any unlawful, dangerous, or disruptive activities, including but not limited to:

  • Illegal gatherings

  • Harassment or harm to others

  • Damage, theft, or misuse of property

  • Unauthorized commercial events

  • Uploading or transmitting harmful code

  • Activities that violate fire, noise, or safety regulations

We reserve the right to remove or ban individuals who violate these Terms.

SECTION 14 — TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We may terminate your access or cancel your booking at any time due to violation of Terms or misuse of the venue. You are responsible for all charges incurred up to the point of termination.

SECTION 15 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The venue and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, availability, or suitability for your specific event.

SECTION 16 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Triangle Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the venue or Services, including lost revenue, personal injury, delays, or losses caused by vendors or guests.

SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold The Triangle Club harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the venue, conduct of your event, or breach of these Terms.

SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

SECTION 19 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Triangle Club and supersede any prior discussions or understandings.

SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights or obligations at any time.

SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, where The Triangle Club is headquartered.

SECTION 22 — HEADINGS

Headings are included for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
